On Friday, a federal court in Washington, DC granted North America’s Building Trades Unions (NABTU) a preliminary injunction on their claim that the Trump Administration is violating federal law by failing to abide at all Departments and agencies by President Biden’s SWACCA-supported executive order creating a presumption that project labor agreements (PLAs) will be used on large scale federal construction projects expected to cost $35 million or more.
