SWACCA’s inaugural Labor Relations Summit will bring together contractors, regional affiliate executives, and other industry leaders for two-and-a-half days of focused programming. Sessions will address workforce recruitment and retention, collective bargaining trends, trustee education, government relations briefings, and more.

Designed for decision-makers, the Summit offers timely information, practical insights, and opportunities to connect with peers as we navigate the challenges and opportunities ahead for the union construction industry.

SWACCA has partnered with the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) for the event registration process. Registration cost and related travel expenses may be reimbursable to Taft-Hartley plan trustees. Check with your plan administrator to confirm your plan’s education reimbursement policies.

The Snow King Resort will soon be rebranded as the Trailborn Jackson Hole Resort, a newly renovated retreat in Jackson, Wyoming just steps from Snow King Mountain and just minutes from Town Square. It’s a convenient, comfortable home base for the conference, with easy access to downtown dining, shopping, and local attractions.

Jackson Hole is known for its iconic mountain scenery and Western character, with Grand Teton National Park nearby and Yellowstone within reach. The area offers incredible outdoor recreation alongside a lively downtown.

Taxes & Fees (subject to change): 12% Room Tax + 1% Development Fee (Resort fee subject to these taxes)

Resort Fee: Reduced resort fee of $29/night (standard resort fee is $43.72/night)

Hotel Cancellation Policy:

Any reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival will be charged the full value of the reservation. Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out for guests who fail to identify their SWACCA affiliation at the time the reservation is made.

Note: Hotel room availability is not guaranteed outside of scheduled program dates. Hotel reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Best available rate/hotel will be assigned if necessary.

  • The LRS Room Credit is non-transferrable.  It cannot be used at other hotels or for other room night(s).  For example, if a registered attendee chooses to stay at the Trailborn/Snow King Resort only on September 16th and 17th, that attendee will receive a for two nights (totaling $858 plus taxes and fees).  An attendee who says for five nights, including September 15th – 17th, will receive a credit for three nights (totaling $1,287 plus taxes and fees). 
  • The LRS Room Credit is non-refundable.  It applies only to completed stays and will not be refunded or otherwise apply if the hotel reservation is cancelled or goes unused, even if cancellation penalties apply pursuant to the Trailborn/Snow King’s policies.  Attendee will be responsible for any other hotel charges, including but not limited to cancellation fees/penalties, room charges, upgrades, and/or additional nights.

The Jackson Hole Airport (JAC) is located 15 minutes from the Trailborn Jackson Hole Resort (formerly the Snow King Resort). A hotel shuttle may be available from the airport but is not guaranteed. Uber is also an option from the airport.

Yes! SWACCA will host an optional group activity for Friday afternoon following conclusion of the Summit. More information about the activity will be shared with registered attendees at a later date.  A limited number of rooms are available for Friday and Saturday nights at the group rate. Attendees will be responsible for any related charges.

SWACCA has partnered with the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) to ensure that the Labor Relations Summit agenda qualifies as trustee education (trustees should be sure to attend the trustee-specific sessions to qualify).  Taft-Hartley plan trustees will be required to submit attendance tickets at the event and will receive a certificate of completion issued by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans upon successful completion.  Trustees may qualify for expense reimbursement from the Taft-Hartley plan(s) on which they serve as a management trustee.  Please check with your plan administrator to confirm their education reimbursement policies.
