The Trump Administration asked the U.S. Supreme Court to reverse a lower court decision blocking the Administration from revoking parole status granted under the Biden Administration to an estimated 530,000 migrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela to remain and work in the United States for up to two years. The lower court prevented the Trump Administration from revoking the legal status in an April 2025 ruling, saying that the Administration must do a case-by-case review of each migrant granted legal status.
