A federal judge in California temporarily blocked the Trump Administration from ending Temporary Protected Status protections for 60,000 immigrants from Honduras, Nicaragua, and Nepal. The judge ordered the planned TPS terminations for these countries to be postponed through at least November 18, 2025, when she scheduled a hearing on the merits of a lawsuit challenging the Trump Administration’s decision.
