Today, the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals concurred with a lower court ruling in favor of SpaceX, ruling that the job protections National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) Administrative Law Judges and Board Members possess are unconstitutional. The Fifth Circuit affirmed a lower court injunction that prohibited NLRB charges against SpaceX from proceeding.
