The White House transmitted a slate of nominations to the Senate, many of which are being re-nominated since they were not confirmed by the Senate prior to the end of the last session. The nominees include, among others: (1) Daniel Bonham to be the Labor Department’s Assistant Secretary for Congressional and Intergovernmental Affairs; (2) Carter Crow to be General Counsel at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission; and (3) David MacNeil to be a member of the Federal Trade Commission.
