The Labor Department’s Wage and Hour Division (WHD) announced a webinar on September 24—25, 2025 from 11am to 5:40pm ET each day to discuss Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements for contractors, contracting agencies, unions, workers, and other stakeholders involved in federally funded construction and service contracts. The agenda for the two day webinar includes: (1) Davis-Bacon coverage issues; (2) Davis-Bacon wage determinations and conformances; (3) the Davis-Bacon wage survey process; (4) apprentices on Davis-Bacon projects; (5) Davis-Bacon certified payrolls; (6) Service Contract Act coverage issues; (7) Service Contract Act wage conformances; (8) fringe benefits on prevailing wage projects; (9) price adjustments; and (10) Executive Order 13706, “Establishing Paid Sick Leave for Federal Contractors.” Registration is required to participate in the webinars and can be completed through Eventbrite here.
