The Trump Administration announced that Oracle, OpenAI, and SoftBank have committed $500 billion as part of a private investment to build out artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure in the U.S. The joint venture, called Stargate, will see each company initially commit $100 billion and will kick off with the building of a data center in Texas.
