Supreme Court Agrees to Hear Trump Tariff Case in November

The U.S. Supreme Court agreed to hear a fast track appeal of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit’s decision invalidating President Trump’s “Liberation Day” tariffs imposed pursuant to the International Emergency Economic Powers Act. The Court scheduled oral arguments in the case for November and the justices are expected to rule by the end of the year.
