Senate HELP to Hold Markup on June 26th on DOL Nominees for Solicitor, WHD, OSHA, EBSA, and More

The Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) Committee announced a markup next Thursday, June 26th to advance the nominations of: (1) Jonathan Berry to serve as Solicitor of Labor; (2) Andrew Rogers to lead the Wage and Hour Division; (3) Daniel Aronowitz to lead the Employee Benefits Security Administration; (4) David Keeling to lead the Occupational Safety and Health Administration; (5) Anthony D’Esposito to be Labor Department Inspector General; (6) Andrea Lucas to be a member of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission; (7) Jeremiah Workman to lead Veterans’ Employment and Training at the Labor Department; (8) Penny Schwinn to serve as Deputy Education Secretary; and (9) Kimberly Richey to serve as Assistant Education Secretary for Civil Rights.
