The Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) Committee announced a nomination hearing on June 5, 2025 at 10am to consider the nominations of: (1) David Keeling to lead the Occupational Safety and Health Administration; and (2) Daniel Aronowitz to lead the Employee Benefits Security Administration.
