The Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) Committee scheduled a confirmation hearing next Wednesday to consider the nominations of: (1) Andrew Rogers to lead the Labor Department’s Wage and Hour Division; (2) Jonathan Berry to be Solicitor of the Department of Labor; (3) Andrea Lucas to be a member of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission; and (4) former Rep. Anthony D’Esposito (R-NY) to be Labor Department Inspector General.
