The Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) Committee announced a confirmation hearing next Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at 10am to consider the nominations of: (1) Morgan, Lewis, and Bockius attorney Crystal Carey to be General Counsel at the National Labor Relations Board; (2) Brittany Panuccio to be a member of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission; and (3) Brian Christine to be Assistant Secretary for Health at the Department of Health and Human Services.
