Late yesterday, the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) Committee voted 12-11 to advance the nominations of Henry Mack, III to be lead the Labor Department’s Employment and Training Administration and Kevin O’Farrell to be Assistant Secretary for Career, Technical, and Adult Education at the Education Department. The nominations now head to the full Senate for a vote.
