President Trump nominated Janet Dhillon to be the next Director of the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation. Dhillon previously served as chair of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission from May 2019 to January 2021 during President Trump’s first term. If confirmed, Dhillon would replace Gordon Hartogensis, whose term as director ended in April 2024.
