President-elect Donald Trump nominated Keith Sonderling as Deputy Labor Secretary. Sonderling previously served as Vice Chair of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Deputy Administrator and Acting Administrator of the Wage and Hour Administration during Trump’s first term.
