President-elect Donald Trump has selected Andrew Ferguson as his choice for Federal Trade Commission chair. Ferguson currently serves as a commissioner of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and previously clerked for Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas. Trump also picked Mark Meador to be the third Republican on the FTC. Meador is a former staffer for Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT), the top Republican on the Senate Judiciary Committee’s antitrust subcommittee.
