Immigration and Customs Enforcement announced the March 27th arrest of the general manager of San Diego Powder & Protective Coatings in El Cajon, CA and three employees on harboring charges stemming from a search warrant served on the company. The manager was charged with conspiracy to harbor aliens for employing undocumented workers and allowing them to live in the company’s warehouse, while the employees were charged with using false documents to work in the U.S.
