The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) announced a virtual meeting of the Commission on January 14, 2025 to discuss the following agenda items: (1) the Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) Second Interim Report, which highlights additional staff findings from the Commission’s study on the contracting practices of PBMs, expanding on the staff’s initial findings on specialty drugs; (2) the Labor Exemption Policy Statement, a proposed policy statement to make clear that workers’ organizing and collective bargaining activity may be protected from antitrust liability when the compensation for their labor or their working conditions is at issue; and (3) a request for public comment related to single-family rental investor holdings and mega-investor strategies.
