The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) issued a “Request for Information (RFI) Regarding Employer Non-Compete Agreements.” The RFI is intended to help the FTC better understand the scope, prevalence, and effects of employer non-compete agreements, as well as to gather information to inform possible future enforcement actions. Comments on the RFI are due by November 3, 2025 and should be submitted here. Those wishing to make confidential submissions must submit their comments by email to noncompete@ftc.gov.
