Swiss electrical engineering group ABB announced an investment of $110 million at four U.S. facilities to meet future demand for data centers and the U.S. power grid. ABB said it plans to make $30 million investments in its warehouse expansion project in Richmond, Virginia due to open later this year and another warehouse expansion in Puerto Rico expected to open in late 2026. The company also plans a $35 million investment in a Pinetops, North Carolina manufacturing facility that is set to open in 2026 and a $15 million investment in its Emax production line in Senatobia, Mississippi scheduled to open next year.
