The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) issued a “Save the Date” for a virtual workshop on December 10, 2024 from 8am to 12:20pm ET entitled, “Effective EEO Internal Investigations and Reaching Unique Accommodations under the ADA.”
During the workshop, the EEOC will detail tools to properly navigate the internal EEO investigation process following the filing of a discrimination complaint. The workshop will also help individuals better understand the ADA, effectively accommodate diverse needs, and “cultivate meaningful change.” There is a $350 per person registration fee for the virtual workshop. The EEOC notes that a “Registration Link” will be released soon and encourages interested individuals to sign up for EEOC alerts here to receive updates on the registration process for the virtual workshop.
