The Labor Department’s Wage and Hour Division announced it will host free virtual seminars on May 20, 2026 and on September 24, 2026 to provide guidance on prevailing wage requirements for federal contractors and stakeholders. The webinars will cover Davis-Bacon coverage, wage determinations and conformances, compliance principles, certified payrolls, and investigative procedures.
