The Department of Labor’s (DOL) Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) announced that it has reauthorized its Construction Compliance Review Scheduling Letter and Itemized Listing (construction scheduling letter). The construction scheduling letter notifies federal construction contractors that they have been selected to undergo a construction compliance review. The revised letter applies to construction reviews scheduled on or after October 1, 2024.
