The U.S. Department of Labor’s Employment and Training Administration announced that it has withdrawn its final rule on “National Apprenticeship System Enhancements” that has been pending review at the White House since June 17, 2024. SWACCA submitted adverse comments on this proposed rule on March 18, 2024. The withdrawal of this final rule means that it will not be approved for publication in the Federal Register.
