The Department of Labor’s Employee Benefits Security Administration announced a three-part webinar on March 5, 13, and 21, 2024 from 2pm to 3:30pm each day to help employers and ERISA plan service providers understand how the fiduciary responsibility provisions of ERISA apply to employer-sponsored retirement and health plans and to provide information on how to avoid common problems in managing a plan.
