A week after he fired the National Labor Relations Board’s (NLRB) general counsel Peter Robb and his deputy Alice Stock, President Joe Biden has announced the appointment of Peter Sung Ohr to serve as the NLRB’s Acting General Counsel. Ohr has most recently served at the regional director in charge of the NLRB’s Chicago office (Region 13).
